Thumb Elite Athletics (TEA)  started Spin Revolution with only FOUR bikes and now can accommodate class sizes of 12! TEA currently offers THREE types Spin Classes; Basic, Regular and Advanced. In each class, we turn down the lights, pump the music and work through different progressions.


Lots of celebrity's take Spin; Kelly Ripa, Brooke Shields, Katie Holmes and Nicole Kidman are just a few, according to Shape Magazine. Spin Classes at TEA typically require pre-registration. This class is typically 45-50 minutes of bike work that will revolutionize your body with various interval cycles (depending on class level) that scorches calories!
