 ​​Beginner Spin -​This is a introduction class to Spin, which will run approx. 30 minutes, consisting of 20 minutes of Spin and a 10 minute of warm up/cool down.

Core & Stability -
Improve your balance and tone your core muscles with a dynamic class for any age or fitness level.

Fit Camp - 
Taylors Fit Camp is a team oriented circuit class in our athletic training area that  utilizes equipment such as battle ropes, boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, tractor tires, and more. Fit Camp is a high intensity class where you and a group of 2-4 people will take on a series of stations with all kinds of challenging workouts.
