​​​​Spin Revolution - Is a fantastic cardio and core workout. This indoor cycle class is set to upbeat music that will motivate you physically and mentally. We will increase your strength through drills and climbs that will help build your endurance and tone your muscles.

 ​​Beginner Spin/Core -​is an indoor cycling class that provides a great way to increase your lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Set to music, you will be sure to break a sweat as you go through hills, flat line, sprints, and more.

Country Heat - Is a high-energy, low impact, country dance inspired fitness program that is great for all fitness levels and is so much fun -- you wont even feel like you're working out! Each routine is packed with easy-to-follow moves set to good ol' country music! Turn it up and burn it off!

Cize Circuit -  Is a moderate to high intensity circuit training class that utilizes various pieces of equipment such as TRX bands, dumbells, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands,steps, and more! This class will work every muscle to help tone and strengthen your entire physique.

Core & Stability -
Includes a variety of excercises that are done using a stability ball which challenges your balance and core strength during every excercise. This class will help strengthen and tone muscles that you didnt know you had until you get on the ball!

Yoga -Instructed by Susan Daves, certified in Integrative Yoga. This interpretation of yoga brings the ancient insights of yoga into the mainstream wellness programs based on a vision of health as a unity of the body, mind,and spirit.

Fit Camp - 
Taylors Fit Camp is a team oriented circuit class in our athletic training area that  utilizes equipment such as battle ropes, boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, tractor tires, and more. Fit Camp is a high intensity class where you and a group of 2-4 people will take on a series of stations with all kinds of challenging workouts.
