Group Fitness Descriptions

Spin Revolution
–  is a spin classes taken to the next level, we’ve amped it up from thirty minutes to forty-five minutes of more obstacles, longer sprints, bigger hills, hand weights, and more!

Spin/Core – is an indoor cycling class that provides a great way to increase your lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Set to music, you will be sure to break a sweat as you go through hills, flat line, sprints, and more.

Beginner Spin – This class in an introduction to the spin community and will help build endurance, strength, and prepare you for the more advanced classes!

Cize Circuit – is a moderate to high intensity circuit training class that utilizes varies pieces of equipment such as TRX bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, resistance bands, steps, and more! This class will work every muscle to help tone and strengthen your entire physique.

Body Pump – This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

Stability & Core- includes a variety of exercises that are done using a stability ball which challenges your balance and core strength during every exercise. This class will help strengthen and tone muscles that you didn’t know you had until you get on the ball!

Yoga- instructed by Susan Daves, certified in Integrative Yoga. This interpretation of yoga, brings the ancient insights of yoga into the mainstream wellness programs based on a vision of health as a unity of body, mind, and spirit.

Beginner Strength – This is a low impact cardio and strength training class using TRX bands, kettle bells, dumbbells, stability ball and more. A great alternative for the beginner or intermediate level to improve muscular strength, build muscle and bone mass, boost cardiovascular health, increase energy levels and make you feel stronger.
